Whether you would like to hunt the animals, fish on the Cape Fear River or just enjoy a peaceful walk in the woods, Bear Creek has 200 acres of land for you to explore. Nature Walk/Bird Watching

Spend a full day with an experienced guide on prime territory. A guide will take you to a prime hunting location for the game that you would like to hunt. Your guide will answer any questions you may have and then let you enjoy your hunt.

Primitive Camping

The Preserve has two ponds and access to the Cape Fear River that provide opportunities to catch a variety of fish. Beginning fisher? We have equipment that you can rent and a guide is available to help provide tips and tricks.

Need to train your dog(s) not to be gun shy? We offer an area for that to take place.

Are you a beginning hunter or nature enthusiast? We offer a hands-on training that covers firearm handling. We offer first aid training to teach you how to respond to the common injuries that may occur while exploring nature.

Guided Deer, Duck and Turkey hunts - $250 a day w/o lodging

Varmint hunts - $25 a day/night

Fishing - $30 a day or $50 for two days
